There’s nothing quite like celebrating a new home on Bird Key with neighbors, friends, and a Sarasota sunset. Last week, Heritage Builders opened the doors to their newest custom residence at 118 N Warbler Lane, inviting guests to enjoy an evening filled with good food, laughter, and a true sense of community.
The Heritage team welcomed everyone with smiles — Steve Brown and wife Bonnie, Principal of Heritage Builders, along with builders Rick Mountjoy, Alex Castaneda and Javier Rego were in attendance. Sales Manager Sara Boudarga, and Marketing Manager Jaclyn Rebel were also there to greet guests - who had the chance to see the home’s interiors come to life through the curated furnishings.
In addition to partners and colleagues, a dozen Bird Key neighbors stopped in to tour the new home, meet the Heritage team, and share in the celebration. Conversations flowed easily as everyone explored the thoughtfully designed spaces, and the home quickly felt alive with the special energy of the Bird Key community.
Morton’s Gourmet Market, a Sarasota favorite, catered the evening with a spread that was every bit as memorable as the setting. As the sky turned shades of pink and gold, glasses of champagne were raised for a toast — to new beginnings, beautiful homes, and the special community that makes Bird Key shine.
The night was more than a grand opening — it was a celebration of craftsmanship, collaboration, and connection. From the architectural detail to the interior touches, this home embodies everything Heritage Builders stands for. But the most meaningful part of the evening? The reminder that a house becomes a home when it’s filled with people, laughter, and shared moments like these.
