Commissions Paid Upfront – A significant advantage of working with Heritage Builders is our commitment to expedite the payment of commissions. We understand that agents deserve to be promptly compensated for their services. To this end, we pay 100% of commissions due on new home build contracts within 14 days of all contract contingencies being removed.
Improved Build Times – Coming out of the pandemic, the building industry has experienced material and labor shortages, which resulted in protracted home construction schedules. We are fortunately seeing build times decline. Our typical build times are now 10 – 16 months.
Complimentary Property Assessment Reports – As a critical service to Realtors and their clients, Heritage Builders offers a complimentary property assessment report for home sites on which your clients are interested in building. We evaluate considerations like zoning, lot coverage, flood zones, trees, utilities, soils and other potential pitfalls.
